Fantasy Football Pitch Mats for Different League Settings

Quick answer

Match your fantasy football pitch mat to your league's setting: choose Abandoned City for gritty, post-apocalyptic campaigns, Bustling City for classic urban brawls, Sagebrush Steppes for open-range western duels, or Cherry Blossom Grove for serene yet deadly matches.

Decision rules for your league mat

• League theme first: Start with your campaign's narrative. If your league has a specific setting (e.g., post-apocalyptic, frontier, high fantasy), pick the mat that matches that world. The mat reinforces the story every game.
• Consider player preferences: If your league rotates GMs or players host games, choose a mat that appeals to the majority. A neutral theme like Bustling City works for most groups, while niche themes like Sagebrush Steppes suit dedicated western campaigns. Poll your league before buying to ensure the mat gets used.
• Match the mood of your league: Gritty, competitive leagues benefit from the Abandoned City's desolate vibe. Casual or narrative-focused leagues may prefer the Cherry Blossom Grove's beauty. The mat should enhance the emotional tone of your games.
• Check orientation and game mode options: Each mat offers selectable orientation and game mode options. Verify that the mat's layout supports your preferred pitch size and league rules before ordering. Print-on-demand means you get exactly what you configure. Double-check the available options on the product page to avoid mismatches.
